WARRANTY COVERAGE
The installed Kaca Film Bali window film will continue to function properly in terms of:
- Heat Rejection Performance: The window film will retain its ability to reflect/reject solar heat according to specifications.
- Adhesion & Physical Condition: The window film will remain firmly adhered and will not crack or peel.
- Color Stability: The window film will not discolor or fade significantly.
WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY
– Losses or damage arising from: Misuse, negligence, or intentional damage by the buyer, whether directly or indirectly.
– Double-layer installation using another brand.
If a double-layer installation is performed using Window Film Bali products at the customer’s request, the warranty applies only to the first (base) layer.
– Installation or repairs carried out by any party other than the Seller or technicians not officially appointed by the Seller.
